I can help! I offer face-to-face support in BD10 and NW Leeds, as well as online Maths tuition across the UK.

Since 2010, I have privately tutored 12-15 students a week. I feel privileged to have been a Maths "fairy godmother" to hundreds of students, including being part of some families as their Maths tutor for 7 years.

I firmly believe that relationships come first, and attainment follows after. My aim for every student is for them to be happier and more confident in themselves, and then in Maths too.

I specialise in the tuition of neurodivergent students and have been fondly nicknamed 'the child whisperer'. This accolade is something I take great pride in. I adapt my teaching to cater for any student and their individual needs, but ultimately my personality will always be the same - relaxed, fun, and non-judgemental.

ASD, ADHD, PDA, dyslexia, dyscalculia, mutism, ACEs...all individual needs are catered for and strategies discussed. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my students, what makes them unique, and putting in place the best tuition for them.

I support students from year 6 to GCSE level, and am highly familiar with the main GCSE exam board specifications (Edexcel, AQA, OCR), Entry Level and Functional Skills qualifications.
As a senior examiner for Key Stage 2, GCSE and International GCSE, I can give specific tips on how to maximise marks in assessments and help students achieve/exceed their target grade, whether that is a grade 1, 4, 9 or anywhere in-between.​​​​​​​​​​
